By accessing or using Flowzao ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Flowzao is a service desk platform with gamification features that enables organizations to manage tickets, collaborate within ecosystems, and reward team performance through achievements and points.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Each account is associated with one or more organizations. Organizations can collaborate within ecosystems. The organization owner is responsible for managing members and their permissions. Each organization manages only its own users within an ecosystem.
Free plans are available with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per plan (not per user). Prices are displayed in your chosen currency. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your plan will be automatically downgraded to Free.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; upload malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with other users' access; resell the Service without authorization.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowzao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Porto, Portugal.
